Organic shikakai comes from the seed pods of a small South Asian tree Acadia Concinna, and has been used for millennia in India as a gentle conditioning cleanser for both skin and hair. We extract the shikakai in organic sugar and grape juice, and combine with Dr. Bronners unsurpassed castile soap base for rich emollient lather and moisturizing afterfeel. NOT ANIMAL TESTED
INGREDIENTS: Organic Shikakai Extract (Organic White Grape Juice, Organic Sucrose*, Organic Shikakai Powder), Saponified Organic Coconut* and Olive* Oils, Organic Hemp Oil Organic spearmint Oil, Organic Peppermint Oil, Citric Acid, Vitamin E Keep out of eyes: wash out with water 15 minutes and consult a physician if irritation persists. Do not refill with Dr. Bronners 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Liquid Soaps which can clog the dispenser and spurt soap. In this superb formula, the Shikakai extract in organic natural sugars also keeps the pump from clogging. *Certified Fair Trade by IMO
