INGREDIENTS: Ingredients: Sodium Carbonate, Certified Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Pure Grade Essential Oils of Wintergreen, Eacalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme and Gum Benzoin.

DIRECTIONS: Foot Bath - Dissolve 1 large Tbl.spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak. Full Bath - Add 2 oz, two scoops, to a hot bath (keep it hot). Add a little extra for a large tub. Relax in it for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of childrens reach.
