INGREDIENTS: White pine, Pinus strobus, tips and needles.
DIRECTIONS: Place 2 TBSP of pine in 1 cup freshly boiled water or for a quart, add 1/2 cup. Steep for 15 minutes, up to 24 hours for a stronger brew. Cover while infusing. Add lemon and honey for a more complex and flavorful beverage. For extra potency and flavor, add our White Pine Tincture.
